A Superior Tool for Editing and Testing Configs

Picture this – you’re working on your latest software product, all hopped up on caffeine, and riding a wave of productivity. 8pm becomes 10pm becomes midnight, and you’re still going, coding and testing and debugging and running. SnapConfig is the perfect tool, designed to thwart this nightmare scenario. With SnapConfig, you’ll always know which config file you’re working in, your changes will always be saved, and you’ll be able to switch configurations for testing on the fly.

SnapConfig has built-in support for XML and registry file loading, plus all config files based on the INI format. For XML files, SnapConfig features XML tree view and full validation of xml types. For registry files, you get a tree view for registry keys and nodes, as well as complete type and data validation.

The intuitive tab-based interface makes working with multiple config files a snap. SnapConfig even lets you have managed files, which will open automatically every time you start the program! Once you have your files open, convenient color highlighting helps you to distinguish between the different parts of each file, making disabling and enabling portions of your config file incredibly straightforward.

You’ll never lose unsaved changes again, not with SnapConfig! The program can be set to save after every edit, or after a set time interval. Plus, you can set SnapConfig to run commands after each save, or manually, so you can test as you go!
