    I tried to install Excel Classic Menu for Excel 2007 and the one for Word. I get the following message:
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\Comdlg32.ocx
    AN error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
    DeleteFile failed:code 5
    Access is denied.

    What do I do? I canceled out the install. I wanted to try this before I bought it Thursday.

    Hi -- thanks.

    Ok, don't worry about that message -- (you can choose 'ignore' when it shows that). It means that you have some other program open, so the installation software can't install that component (but no big deal).

    So basically, either turn your computer off & on, and try installing it then, or simply click on 'ignore' if you get that message.

    Hi,

    I *think* it should work. The easiest way to find out is this. Download the evaluation version -- if the 'evaluation' versions works for you, then the full version will work for you as well.
