  I have downloaded and installed the program (gold version) on my dual screen Vista computer but it does not work, even after disinstalling and reinstalling « as administrator ». I do get the splash screen advising that this is a trial and I do get the program icon in my task bar but there is no visible window and ScreenVCR.exe is started but seemingly non responding. Any idea for a fix?

  When I export the picture with a transparent background the background becomes black..I saved it as a jpeg but when I use it it has a blackbackground
